We know how important it is to ship orders out so that you can receive your items as fast a possible. During the holiday seasons time can be of the essence as we become busy and not just with our everyday lives but trying to be there for our friends and loved ones as well. We promise to be diligent getting your orders to you as fast as possible.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
The following shipping carriers are listed below. These services are ETA based according to when payment is received not when ordered. Items are usually processed and shipped out from the shipping facility approximately 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Most items can ship as soon as the very next business day. If any questions regarding shipping for a particular item feel free to contact us.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Domestic shipped Items will generally ship from 1-3 days. Shipment carriers used are UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. Most services from these carriers are available.
All international orders the following are available for worldwide shipping. UPS, FEDEX, USPS First Class Mail Intl./First Class Package Intl. Service, USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, USPS Express Intl. Flat Rate Envelope, USPS Priority Mail International. It is the customers responsibility to check for all custom fees or international fees before ordering product. We will not be held responsible for any customs fees or delivery fee associated with international packages shipped.

Some high value items purchased may require signature upon delivery of your order. Please go into your orders and review your tracking and carrier information for your order. We are not responsible for tracking your order for you. If your item has not arrived then you may contact us so that we may investigate any carrier issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International Buyers (Outside of the United States): Any import duties, taxes, custom fees or charges, are not included in the purchase price listed nor in shipping charges. Any charges incurred outside of the immediate purchase transaction are strictly the buyers responsibility. Make sure that you check with your country's customs office for additional information to determine what additional costs will be involved in your purchase before buying or purchasing merchandise from our store.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Macey Worldwide Jewelry is committed to satisfy our customers a return or exchange, as outlined in this policy. Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchanges will include earrings, necklaces, pendants, or bracelets only. Rings cannot be exchanged for different sizes only refunded. If a different size is needed customer will have to repurchase in the correct ring size. Please make sure you know the correct ring size before ordering.
Tags on all merchandise should still be attached to the item(s) no exceptions and should be received back in the same condition sent. The item(s) should not have been altered in any way nor damaged. To clarify further, purchased merchandise from us must not be returned with missing, tampered with, or removed tags. Item(s) must not show any signs of damage, being worn, scratches, alterations such as resizing etc. or used in any way. Items purchased must be returned in all original packaging including any certificates of authenticity.
All item(s) are inspected by quality control before shipping out and when received back in to stock. Please note that items received after 30 day authorization request date will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. At our discretion a 20% - 50% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item(s) received back from the buyer. If items are purchased in bulk or if the merchandise is promotional, returns may be subject to review. We reserve the right to request additional information before any refunds are approved.
RETURNS POLICY PROCEDURE
1. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
2. Make sure that your return items are packaged securely.
3. Put the return authorization number on the inside of the box not on the outside.
